Get $2 off an MP3 Jazz Album (KSO)

This offer is only for those with a Kindle with Special Offers (which you can turn on and off, of course, on some of the later eInk models).

Get $2 off any one of 50 MP3 jazz albums

To take advantage of this offer:
  1. First, turn on your Kindle with Special Offers, click Menu, then View Special Offers.
  2. Find the offer: Get $2 off any one of 50 MP3 jazz albums. Click on it, then on the link to Email Me This Offer.
  3. You will get an email from Amazon with your promotional code, right away.
  4. Once you have the promotion code (and have selected your album; see below), click this link, then on the button labeled Enter Your Code, at any time up to the expiration date of April 4, 2012.
  5. Enter your code and follow the directions.
  6. Choose any of these albums and you'll get $2 off
You'll have a promotion code on your account that will apply to the FIRST album you buy (from the list) after that. Current prices range from $4.45 to about 10, but those can change at any time. You should save the code and not enter it until you are ready to buy an album (I find this helps me remember if I've used a code - when I go to apply it, if it isn't accepted, I know I've used that offer).

To recap: you must claim the offer by March 4 and must do so from your Kindle with Special Offers. You'll get a promotion code via email and you have until April 4, 2012, to enter and redeem the code. Once you enter it, it will work on the next album from the list that you purchase.

Comments

Well, it looks like the offers are definitely slowed down. This one is exactly one month after the last MP3 offer (for a classical crossover album). In between, we've had exactly four offers (other than the ever present and not so local AmazonLocal deals). Then again, that's better than the month before (which had three offers bunched up at the beginning, then nothing for three weeks).

I missed one of the classical albums I was considering on the last offer (it went up in price, nearly double from the beginning of the offer), but that doesn't appear to be an issue with the albums on this offer's list, as they all appear to be full price, currently. However, it looks like two of the choices are already "unavailable" (don't know if it is a geographic restriction or if they sold out at the discount price, so the selection may dwindle over the month the offer is valid (then again, one or two might drop in price at the beginning of next month, as The Greatest Journey - Essential Collection by Celtic Woman has done with the Classical offer, which means it is only $3 with the KSO credit, least for the next two days!

Get $2 off an award-nominated film (KSO)

This offer is only for those with a Kindle with Special Offers:

Get $2 off an award-nominated film at Amazon Instant Video

Click on offer, then click on the link on the offer page to receive an email with the promo code. Sign-up for this offer expires on February 26.

You'll get an email (right away), a link to the redemption page. This one works like a gift card and you need to apply the credit to your account first, before going shopping. Once you have entered the promotional code, you have until March 26, 2012. to complete your purchases.

I recommend that you apply the credit right away, since it works on any qualifying video purchase or rental - then you can shop on the web, from your Kindle Fire or your Roku (the XD and LT are currently $10 off, but the XS includes Angry Birds) and it will be used automatically.

You do have to be a bit careful - the link at the top of the redemption page sends you to the main Amazon Instant Video page; however, only those listed on the eligible titles will get the credit applied.

Get $15 off swimwear (KSO)

This offer is only for those with a Kindle with Special Offers:

Get $15 off a $50 swimwear purchase at Amazon.com

Click on offer, then click on the link on the offer page to receive an email with the promo code. Sign-up for this offer expires on February 19.

You'll get an email (right away), a link to the Special Offer page and a promotion code to enter at checkout. Once you have the promotional code, you have until March 19, 2012 to complete your purchase. Like previous offers, this one requires you to use the full checkout process in order to enter your promotional code. Also, like all Amazon sales that use promotional codes, if you have a gift card balance, you must use it for the payment (if there is not a sufficient balance, then you can pick which credit card or other payment to use).

Limit one offer per customer and per device.

Shop early, of course, as their selection often dwindles as the offer goes on, but this early in the year, they shouldn't sell out of too much. This is a bonus offer, that isn't on the "normal" schedule (every 4th day), so you may not have though to check your Kindle today to find it.

Get 30% off a Timbuk2 jacket for your Kindle (KSO)

This offer is only for those with the either a Kindle or Kindle Touch with Special Offers (those who get their Special Offers on a Kindle Keyboard won't see the offer at all, even if there is a non-special offer Kindle or Kindle Touch on the account).

Get 30% off a Timbuk2 jacket for your Kindle or Kindle Touch

Click on offer, then click on the link on the offer page to receive an email with the promotion code. Sign-up for this offer expires on February 16.

You'll get an email (right away), a link to the Kindle Special Offer page and a promotion code to enter at checkout. Once you have the promotional code, you have until March 16 to complete your purchase.

If this offer is run like previous ones, it pays to grab any cover you want early, rather than late. Once they run out of a particular style and color (and I already see three color choices that are sold out), then they are not replenished during the sale. Those that wait, end up with less selection (usually the more expensive or less popular models). One interesting looking choice I see is the "Dinner Jacket" style, which has a pocket on teh front to hold your license and a credit card or some cash (or a hotel key), eliminating the need for a purse in some cases.

Buy some Romance for $1 (KSO)

This offer is for those with a Kindle with Special Offers (including any Kindle Touch or Kindle Keyboard that opts in to Special Offers, which means you can add the offers, grab this one, then turn them back off!).

Get one of 100 Romance eBook titles for $1

To take advantage of this offer:
  1. First, turn on your Kindle with Special Offers, click Menu, then View Special Offers.
  2. Find the offer: Get one of 100 Romance eBook titles for $1. Click on it, then on the link to Email Me This Offer.
  3. You will get an email from Amazon with your promotional code, right away.
  4. Once you have the promotion code (and have selected your book; see below), click this link, then on the button labeled Enter Your Code, at any time up to the expiration date of March 12, 2012.
  5. Enter your code and follow the directions.
  6. Choose any of these books and you'll pay only $1.
You'll have a promotion code on your account that will apply to the FIRST book you buy (from the list) after that. Note that even if the book is free, you'll pay a dollar, so be careful which one you pick after you enter the code -- make sure you don't grabbing a low cost title by accident, which can happen if you apply the code right away, before you are ready to buy the book. Current prices range from free (you don't want to pay a dollar for a free book) to $8.83 (a 4-in-1 omnibus from Robyn Carr). You should save the code and not enter it until you are ready to buy a book.

To recap: you must claim the offer by February 12 and must do so from your Kindle with Special Offers. You'll get a promotion code via email and you have until March 12, 2012 to enter and redeem the code. Once you enter it, it will work on the next book on the list that you purchase.

Even without a KSO, there are a number of under $3 bargains in the selection list. There are two omnibus editions (the other is western/cowboy romance) and one from Mercedes Lackey that is more fantasy than romance. For the guys (or gals) that don't read romance, remember that you can also gift the book to someone else and only spend a buck on their Valentine's Day gift (just don't let them find out!). Don't wait to long to choose, though, as there is already one that has gone to "not available."

Get $2 Off an MP3 Classical Crossover Album (KSO)

This offer is only for those with a Kindle with Special Offers.

Get $2 Off an MP3 Classical Crossover Album

To take advantage of this offer:
  1. First, turn on your Kindle with Special Offers, click Menu, then View Special Offers.
  2. Find the offer: Get $2 Off an MP3 Classical Crossover Album. Click on it, then on the link to Email Me This Offer.
  3. You will get an email from Amazon with your promotional code, right away.
  4. Once you have the promotion code (and have selected your album; see below), click this link, then on the button labeled Enter Your Code, at any time up to the expiration date of March 4, 2012.
  5. Enter your code and follow the directions.
  6. Choose any of these albums and you'll get $2 off
You'll have a promotion code on your account that will apply to the FIRST album you buy (from the list) after that. Current prices range from $3.99 to nearly $18, but those can change at any time (so, if one you want is $5 or less, I'd grab it now; if over $10, I'd wait to see if it drops in price). You should save the code and not enter it until you are ready to buy an album (I find this helps me remember if I've used a code - when I go to apply it, if it isn't accepted, I know I've used that offer).

To recap: you must claim the offer by Feb 4 and must do so from your Kindle with Special Offers. You'll get a promotion code via email and you have until March 4, 2012, to enter and redeem the code. Once you enter it, it will work on the next album from the list that you purchase.

Comments

OK, who else had started to think we weren't ever getting another Special Offer? Other than the annoying AmazonEverywhere ads (at least, on mine they weren't "local", since I had four pages of ads for offers good in one city or another across the country, none of which were even within a day's driving distance). This isn't the best offer I've seen (groceries were my biggest money saver, so far), but I'm glad to see offers starting to show up again. I do see that a $1 romance book offer is on it's way (I would imagine that it will show up by Feb 14 at the latest).

There are 50 albums to choose from, including one I nearly bought yesterday, so this code should come in handy, for me.

Save $10 at Soap.com (KSO)

This offer is only for those with a Kindle with Special Offers:

Save $10 on a $20 grocery purchase at Soap.com

Click on offer, then click on the link on the offer page to receive an email with the promo code. Sign-up for this offer expires on January 11.

You'll get an email (right away), a link to the Special Offer page and a promotion code to enter at checkout. Once you have the promotional code, you have until February 11, 2012 to complete your purchase.

Soap.com is a subsidiary of Amazon (and it even talks about Amazon on the offer page); I found many of the same items that I buy routinely from Amazon, so I'm sure I'll find at least one or two items I can get to add up to $20 (and then get half off), although I didn't see anything similar to the Subscribe & Save offers that I take advantage of at Amazon.

Odds & Ends and a Free Audiobook

First off, I've drawn the winner for the Out of Time Series Omnibus and it's Kimberly! Congrats and I've passed your email info along to the author.

Second, I'm working on joining up with a contest to give my readers a chance to win a Kindle Fire! If nothing else, you'll get some inside tips on free books (and hopefully pass along the info to others, which should result in more readers here on the blog). Stay tuned - if it all works out, it will start sometime next week.

Third, if you've been on the fence about one of the 25 Award-Winning Books for $1 in the current KSO offer, don't dally. Two of the books on the original list are already gone (and one of them, The Worst Hard Time: The Untold Story of Those Who Survived the Great American Dust Bowl by Timothy Egan), also dropped out of the Kindle Lending Library at the same time. Amazon has added two books as replacements, so there are still 25, but there's no telling how long the current books that are there will last. Of the ones left, my top choices are (although not necessarily in this order):
According to someone who spoke to someone at Amazon, there are often a limited number of books available at the $1 prices and once they are gone, those books drop off the offer and may or may not be replaced. Remember, if you have a current generation Kindle (but not the Kindle Fire), you sign up for Special Offers on the Manage My Kindle page at any time and then turn them back off, without any charge (if you paid full price originally).

Of my top picks, most are in mobi format, but (for those who care), A Confederacy of Dunces, by John Kennedy Toole, is in Topaz format. That always means a larger file size and often some formatting issues (although sometimes only noticeable at certain font sizes). I just checked and the free version at Audible is still (or once again) free! You won't find it searching in the store, though, so follow this link to add it to your Audible library. If you are on the fence on which KSO book to get, you can grab this one and use the KSO offer on a different selection.
Book Description
"A green hunting cap squeezed the top of the fleshy balloon of a head. The green earflaps, full of large ears and uncut hair and the fine bristles that grew in the ears themselves, stuck out on either side like turn signals indicating two directions at once."

So enters one of the most memorable characters in recent American fiction. The hero of John Kennedy Toole's incomparable, Pulitzer Prize-winning comic classic is one Ignatius J. Reilly, "huge, obese, fractious, fastidious, a latter-day Gargantua, a Don Quixote of the French Quarter". His story bursts with wholly original characters, denizens of New Orleans' lower depths, incredibly true-to-life dialogue, and the zaniest series of high and low comic adventures.

As you may know, one of the methods of subscribing to my blog is to get it in the Amazon Kindle store. I checked late last night and I was up to #91 in Arts & Entertainment blogs (I've crept up a bit since then, it looks like). I was pleasantly surprised to discover that Amazon has dropped the price to only 99 cents a month (I don't have any control over the pricing; Amazon sets it based on content and frequency of posting). It has been at $1.99 for a long time, no doubt due to the frequency of posts. For whatever reason, though, it's now less than cup of coffee or a soda (at least, at most places I've tried around here) - I know one of the commenters mentioned the price (of $1.99/month) as their only issue with the subscription. Amazon updates the blog during the day to your subscribed Kindle device (it looks like they have made it available on all the eInk Kindles), so those of you who aren't around a computer during the day might find this a better way of keeping up with any limited time promotions I might mention.

The website OverHalfSale.com has a 16GB micro-SDHC card (with adapter) on sale today for $11.99 (plus $2 shipping). I haven't tried them out, but have read comments from others that have, and it seems to be a decent bargains website. If you need a memory card for your phone, nookColor, nookTablet or just to use for backups, this might be a great chance to get one. The sales there are limited time and while they last, so there are only about 9 hours left to get this one.

Get an award-winning eBook title for only $1 (KSO)

This offer is for those with a Kindle with Special Offers (including any Kindle Touch or Kindle Keyboard that opts in to Special Offers).

Get an award-winning eBook title for only $1

To take advantage of this offer:
  1. First, turn on your Kindle with Special Offers, click Menu, then View Special Offers.
  2. Find the offer, click on it, then on the link to Email Me This Offer. Make sure you see the confirmation message that the email has been sent.
  3. You will get an email from Amazon with your promotional code, right away.
  4. Once you have the promotion code (and have selected your book; see below), click this link, then on the button labeled Enter Your Code, at any time up to the expiration date of February 7, 2012.
Current prices range from $2.51 to $9.48. You should save the code and not enter it until you are ready to buy a book.

To recap: you must claim the offer by January 7 and must do so from your Kindle with Special Offers. You'll get a promotion code via email and you have until January 7, 2012 to enter and redeem the code. Once you enter it, it will work on the next book on the list that you purchase.

If you've been disappointed in the KSO offers lately (and, who hasn't), now is your chance to take advantage of a good one. There are only 25 books to choose from, but the only thing better than a dollar book would have been a free one! I see several that I could use to replace a paper copy here -- if you have more than one KSO, like I do, be sure to register them on different accounts BEFORE you claim the code on even one of them, or they will all get the same code and you only get one offer. Remember, you can either maintain a library on the different accounts OR you can gift the book (after entering the claim code successfully) back to your shared account, where everyone in the family can read it.

Several of the books on this offer are already discounted to the $2.50-$3 range, so you might want to glance thru the books, even if you don't have a KSO.

Save $15 on Denim (KSO)

This offer is only for those with a Kindle with Special Offers:

Save $15 on an order of $50 or more in the Amazon Denim Shop

Click on offer, then click on the link on the offer page to receive an email with the promo code. Sign-up for this offer expires on January 3.

You'll get an email (right away), a link to the Special Offer page and a promotion code to enter at checkout. Once you have the promotional code, you have until February 3, 2012 to complete your purchase.

This is a repeat of a previous offer - I've had hit or miss luck finding what I want in stock (and sold by Amazon), but if you do, you can get a decent deal.

FREE T-Mobile 4G Mobile HotSpot (KSO)

This offer is looks like it would work for anyone. This is a very limited time offer and must be claimed by today.

FREE T-Mobile 4G Mobile HotSpot

Click on the offer, then click on the link on the offer page sign up and you'll get an email with the promotion code. Sign-up for this offer expires on December 31.

You'll get an email (right away), a link to the T-Mobile page. You have to sign up for a mobile plan at $19.99/month (which is actually a pretty good deal for a cellular internet connection) and you get the device for free. You end up with a 2GB/month plan (no overages allowed), which is more than enough for email and browsing now and then (but nothing like what you'd need to watch movies regularly).

Be sure to check the coverage map, to make sure they actually have service where you are or plan to travel (check data coverage, not just voice). I've never used T-Mobile, but if you have, this might be a nice addition for internet coverage for your iPad or Kindle Fire, when you are out and about.

$3 Instant Video Credit at Amazon (KSO)

This offer is only for those with a Kindle with Special Offers. This is a very limited time offer and must be claimed by tomorrow.

Get $3 off Amazon Instant Videos

Click on the offer, then click on the link on the offer page sign up and you'll get an email with the promotion code. Sign-up for this offer expires on December 28.

You'll get an email (right away), a link to the Instant Video page, a promotion code and a link to the redemption page. This one works like a gift card and you need to apply the credit to your account first, before going shopping. Once you have entered the promotional code(s), you have until January 31, 2012. to complete your purchases. I'd recommend that you apply the credit right away, since it works on any video purchase - then you can shop on the web, from your Kindle Fire or your Roku (currently $10 off, if you don't have one yet) and it will be used automatically.

You can use this credit on a rental or to purchase single items or entire television seasons. I'll probably use mine for the occasional 99 cent movie rental; if you have multiple KSO's, be sure you have them registered to different accounts before you try to claim this one or they'll all end up with the same code. With different accounts, each KSO can claim and use the code (three $1 rentals each should be enough to keep you in movies for the month, if you have 2 or 3 KSO's!).

Get $2 off an Amazon Favorites MP3 Album (KSO)

This offer is only for those with a Kindle with Special Offers. This is a very limited time offer and must be claimed today.

Get $2 off one of our Customer Favorite MP3 Albums of 2011

To take advantage of this offer:
  1. First, turn on your Kindle with Special Offers, click Menu, then View Special Offers.
  2. Find the offer: Get $2 off one of our Customer Favorite MP3 Albums of 2011. Click on it, then on the link to Email Me This Offer.
  3. You will get an email from Amazon with your promotional code, right away.
  4. Once you have the promotion code (and have selected your album; see below), click this link, then on the button labeled Enter Your Code, at any time up to the expiration date of January 26, 2012.
  5. Enter your code and follow the directions.
  6. Choose any of these albums and you'll get $2 off
You'll have a promotion code on your account that will apply to the FIRST album you buy (from the list) after that. Note that even if the album is free, you'll pay three dollars, so be careful which one you pick after you enter the code -- make sure you don't grabbing a low cost title by accident, which can happen if you apply the code right away, before you are ready to buy the album. Current prices range from $1.99 to over $14.99. You should save the code and not enter it until you are ready to buy an album.

To recap: you must claim the offer by December 26 (today) and must do so from your Kindle with Special Offers. You'll get a promotion code via email and you have until January 26, 2012, to enter and redeem the code. Once you enter it, it will work on the next album from the list that you purchase.

There are a hundred albums to choose from and right now some of them are marked down to $5 or less (I saw three at $1.99 - $2 off means it is free), so if one of those is on your wish list, I wouldn't wait until the last day to use this one (although some might be marked down next month, there is no guarantee that any will be).

Get an MP3 holiday album for $3.00 (KSO)

This offer is supposed to be for all models of Kindle with Special Offers, but so far it is only showing up on my Kindle Touch. The other offer that is showing on all my KSO's is the Free Audiobook of Beyond Religion that I told you about last week (and which everyone can get, even without a KSO).

Get any one of 100 holiday albums on MP3 for $3.00

To take advantage of this offer:
  1. First, turn on your Kindle with Special Offers, click Menu, then View Special Offers.
  2. Find the offer: Get any one of 100 holiday albums on MP3 for $3.00. Click on it, then on the link to Email Me This Offer.
  3. You will get an email from Amazon with your promotional code, right away.
  4. Once you have the promotion code (and have selected your album; see below), click this link, then on the button labeled Enter Your Code, at any time up to the expiration date of December 31.
  5. Enter your code and follow the directions.
  6. Choose any of these albums and you'll pay only $3.
Current prices range from $3.99 to $5.00. You should save the code and not enter it until you are ready to buy an album.

To recap: you must claim the offer by December 14 and must do so from your Kindle with Special Offers. You'll get a promotion code via email and you have until December 31 to enter and redeem the code. Once you enter it, it will work on the next album from the list that you purchase.

Unlike the Get an MP3 Classical Sampler for $2 offer that was only up for one day, you get a few days to sign up for this one. I'm hoping it will show up on more than just my Kindle Touch, so that others in the family can take advantage of the offer (they each have an account with their own KSO on it, since Amazon started limiting the offers to one per account). There is also a much larger selection available on this offer, with all but one of them currently at $5 and one at $3.99 (so I might pick up more than one without this offer code).

Save 10% on Clothing, Shoes & Accessories (KSO)

This offer is for those with a Kindle with Special Offers (including any Kindle Touch or Kindle Keyboard that opts in to Special Offers).

Save an additional 10% on Clothing, Shoes & Accessories at 6pm.com

Click on offer, then click on the link on the offer page to receive an email with the promotion code. Sign-up for this offer expires on December 10.

You'll get an email (right away), a link to the 6pm.com website and a promotion code to enter at checkout. Once you have the promotional code, you have until January 10, 2012. to complete your purchase.

6pm.com is a sort of subsidiary of Amazon, in that it was acquired by Zappos.com in 2007 and, in turn, Zappos was purchased by Amazon in 2009. It looks like the 10% discount works on an entire order, including their clearance items, so you might be able to find a few good deals, if you poke around.

Buy a Mystery / Thriller Title for $1 (KSO)

This offer is for those with a Kindle with Special Offers (including any Kindle Touch or Kindle Keyboard that opts in to Special Offers).

Buy 1 of 100 Mysteries & Thrillers for $1

To take advantage of this offer:
  1. First, turn on your Kindle with Special Offers, click Menu, then View Special Offers.
  2. Find the offer: Buy 1 of 100 Mysteries & Thrillers for $1. Click on it, then on the link to Email Me This Offer.
  3. You will get an email from Amazon with your promotional code, right away.
  4. Once you have the promotion code (and have selected your book; see below), click this link, then on the button labeled Enter Your Code, at any time up to the expiration date of January 7, 2012.
Current prices range from $2.99 to $9.99. You should save the code and not enter it until you are ready to buy a book.

To recap: you must claim the offer by December 10 and must do so from your Kindle with Special Offers. You'll get a promotion code via email and you have until January 7, 2012 to enter and redeem the code. Once you enter it, it will work on the next book on the list that you purchase.

Some of the titles on this one have appeared on several previous offers, but there are also a few new titles thrown in, so you should be able to find (at least) one you want to use the coupon on. I know that I see several series and authors that I have been reading, so once again will have to sample and make a touch decision.

Save $5 at Amazon (KSO)

This offer is only for those with a Kindle with Special Offers:

Save $5 on a $10 Amazon.com purchase

Click on offer, then click on the link on the offer page to receive an email with the promotion code. Sign-up for this offer expires on December 6.

You'll get an email (right away), a link to the Special Offer details page and a promotion code to enter at checkout. Once you have the promotional code, you have until January 6, 2012. to complete your purchase.

This one works on any physical purchase of goods "sold by" Amazon.com, other than Gift Cards. I can't imagine that you can't find at least one thing to use it on between now and the end of the year. You can go ahead and enter the promo code early (stick anything in your cart, start checkout and enter the code, hit apply, then just close the window), if you are afraid you'll forget about it before it expires - Amazon actually keeps track of the code and will use it on the next order that it would apply to (but, still, you need to use the full check out process).

$25 Appstore Credit with an Android Smartphone (KSO)

This offer appears to be only for those with the new Kindle Touch (at least, that's the only one of mine where it showed up).

Buy an Android smartphone from AmazonWireless & get a $25 Amazon Appstore for Android credit

Click on offer, then click on the link on the offer page to receive an email with the offer details. Sign-up for this offer expires on December 2.

Limit one offer per customer and per device.

There is no promotion code for this one - you click to get the offer sent to your email and if you buy a qualifying phone by January 2, 2012, using the same Amazon account, you'll get the credit, no later than February 2, 2012 (I suspect they delay by 30 days to account for those who return items; if you return the phone, you lose the credit).

Get an MP3 Classical Sampler for $2 (KSO)

This offer is only for those with a Kindle with Special Offers (including any Kindle Touch or Kindle Keyboard that opts in to Special Offers).

Get any one of a selection of MP3 classical samplers for $2

To take advantage of this offer:
  1. First, turn on your Kindle with Special Offers, click Menu, then View Special Offers.
  2. Find the offer: Get any one of a selection of MP3 classical samplers for $2. Click on it, then on the link to Email Me This Offer.
  3. You will get an email from Amazon with your promotional code, right away.
  4. Once you have the promotion code (and have selected your album; see below), click this link, then on the button labeled Enter Your Code, at any time up to the expiration date of December 26.
  5. Enter your code and follow the directions.
  6. Choose any of these albums and you'll pay only $2.
You'll have a promotion code on your account that will apply to the FIRST album you buy (from the list) after that. Note that even if the album is free, you'll pay two dollars, so be careful which one you pick after you enter the code -- make sure you don't grabbing a low cost title by accident, which can happen if you apply the code right away, before you are ready to buy the album. Current prices range from $3.99 to $7.99. You should save the code and not enter it until you are ready to buy an album.

To recap: you must claim the offer by November 26 (today! don't delay!) and must do so from your Kindle with Special Offers. You'll get a promotion code via email and you have until December 26 to enter and redeem the code. Once you enter it, it will work on the next album from the list that you purchase.

If you haven't spent your free $2 MP3 credit, you can get one of these samplers completely free! I spent 99 cents of mine on the Thanksgiving sampler (see an earlier post from today), but have a few dollars more from using the "delayed shipping" option for Prime members (so far, it seems you get an extra dollar with every order delayed, which means you gain more from more smaller orders, rather than one larger one -- hopefully at Amazon's end they will combine orders where possible, to actually decrease their shipping costs).

I have to admit, I was a bit disappointed by the "offers" the last couple of days (as in, there weren't any, just reminders to check the Black Friday specials pages), but this one is nice. This is a one day offer, so be sure to sign up today - you then have the entire month to browse and make your selection. Not only is there a Christmas album in this bunch, there is also a very recent release, The Greatest Video Game Music that looks interesting (and you can get an additional $1 MP3 credit for it, so it only costs a $1 with this promotion). My biggest problem with this one is that I have managed to grab so many of these in the past during various sales.

This offer is only for those with the new Kindle Touch.

Save 50% on select Kindle covers at Amazon.com

Click on offer, then click on the link on the offer page to receive an email with the promotion code. Sign-up for this offer expires on November 23.

You'll get an email (right away), a link to the Kindle Special Offer page and a promotion code to enter at checkout. Once you have the promotional code, you have until December 24 to complete your purchase.

I didn't see this one earlier today and it is only on my Kindle Touch (along with an ad for Dove Subscribe & Save and the 10 points for digital purchases for Amazon Rewards members, which I don't see on the other devices, either). The selection on this offer is less than originally available on the previous Kindle covers offer (looks like Amazon has sold out of a number of options).
