As we are approaching the July 4th holiday, I've been trolling thru the cookbooks at Amazon and a couple of my finds are below. I also ran across Smoke and Pickles: Recipes and Stories from a New Southern Kitchen ($9.18 Kindle), by Edward Lee [Artisan], which is on Amazon's Best Books of the Year So Far list for 2013.
