Since the companion audiobook is only $1.99 on this one, buying the two outright is significantly cheaper than any of the prices paid on credits. Previously published by Carroll & Graf (in multiple editions), this is now self-published (later titles in the series are with Pegasus Books) and currently he has the first three titles in the series at only 99 cents apiece (and the linked audiobooks for $1.99)!
