Update: Some customers are getting an offer on Kindle covers, rather than Kindle Keyboard covers, so I am updating to show the links for both offers. Which you actually have, though, doesn't seem to make much difference on which offer you get, as I received on the KK offer on two accounts, one of which has the newer Kindle registered (only).
This offer is only for those with a Kindle with Special Offers (including the brand new $79 Kindle).

Click on offer, then click on the link on the offer page to receive an email with the promotion code. Sign-up for this offer expires on October 31.
You'll get an email (right away), a link to the Kindle Keyboard Special Offer or the Kindle Special Offer page and a promotion code to enter at checkout. Once you have the promotional code, you have until November 30 to complete your purchase (but, see below). Like previous offers, this one requires you to use the full checkout process in order to enter your promotional code. Also, like all Amazon sales that use promotional codes, if you have a gift card balance, you must use it for the payment (if there is not a sufficient balance, then you can pick which credit card or other payment to use).
Limit one offer per customer and per device.
This is an offer that has occurred once before and is one that been asked for several times over in the Amazon forums. I'll admit that I'd rather it have included covers for the new Touch or MiniKindle, but for those that are getting a new Kindle Keyboard (which I prefer greatly over the MiniKindle for entering notes or using on the web and is necessary for some games), this is a good chance to grab a new cover in time for holiday gift giving. Also, unlike the last offer, this one includes the lighted covers. Best of all, the covers are also on sale, which means you can pick up a lighted cover for less than the unlighted covers are selling for (without the code) or an unlighted cover for under $15.
If you get the Kindle Keyboard cover offer, the covers are all from Amazon. But, if you get the Kindle cover offer, there are covers from Marware, the New York Times and Belkin, which means there is a wide range of styles, colors and prices available to choose from. I've already emailed customer support, to find out why hubby didn't get the Kindle cover offer (and asking that he be allowed to use his code there, instead). The deals may not be quite as big a savings, but that's the only Kindle here that really needs a cover, right now. That list of covers, btw, also includes some that work with the new Kindle Touch. The dates are the same as the other offer, so it isn't one intended to occur later, but should have been the one that those with a Kindle (no keyboard) received.
