You'll get an email (right away), a link to the Kindle Accessories page and a promotion code to enter at checkout. Once you have the promotional code, you have until August 19 to complete your purchase (full details here). Like previous offers, this one requires you to use the full checkout process in order to enter your promotional code. Also, like all Amazon sales that use promotional codes, if you have a gift card balance, you must use it for the payment (if there is not a sufficient balance, then you can pick which credit card or other payment to use).
Once again, this offer can be used more than once per accounts, so long as you have more than one KSO registered. Just click on the ad on each device to receive the individual promotion codes via email.
If this one works like the last one, you'll probably be able to use the code even if the Kindle Skin or other accessory you want is a penny (or even a nickel) shy of the $20 minimum. It's easy enough to check - put the item into your cart and start checkout. Enter the promotion code and click on Apply - check the summary at the right of the page to see if it was reduce by $10 (you should see "promotion" and -$10.00 and a reduced total). You can even stop at this point, go back to your cart, shop some more and come back, as the promotion code isn't used up until you actually check out.
