Book Description
Eleven years ago, Riley Stone left Hope, Texas with a head full of dreams about taking the music world by storm, and a heart shattered by unrequited love. Since then, she's developed some common sense about those dreams and a sense of humor about her long-ago infatuation with Jackson Hope, the scion of the town’s namesake family. Otherwise, she wouldn’t be so happy to return to the tiny tourist town to sing blues in a nostalgia bar - that is, until she runs into Jackson and realizes that not so much has changed between them after all. With Jackson’s father wanting to tear down the town’s beloved dance hall to build a SaversMart, Riley unites the local artists and shop owners to save the historic landmark. Soon, Jackson finds himself caught between his desire to do the financially responsible thing for the town and his unwelcome desire for the bane of his existence – Riley Stone. Can they overcome all the old hurt, shocking scandals, and family secrets standing in the way to declare their love for each other, at last? Originally published in print as Unforgettable by Signet Eclipse.

To Taste Temptation ($6.99 Kindle; $2.99 B&N), the first title of Elizabeth Hoyt's Legend of the Four Soldiers series, is the Nook Daily Find; it isn't price matched on Kindle, so I'd report the price difference, as there shouldn't be one with an Agency book like this one (or grab it quick at B&N, before they are forced to raise the price).
Book Description
The ton loves nothing more than a good scandal, and they're giddy with the appearance of wealthy Samuel Hartley. Not only is he self-made, American, and in the habit of wearing moccasins, but he is also notorious for fleeing a battle in which several English gentlemen lost their lives. What the ton doesn't know, though, is that Samuel is in London because of this massacre. He believes his regiment was given up to the enemy and won't rest until he finds the traitor.

Lady Emeline Gordon is captivated with Samuel. Not only does he defy convention with his unusual dress, his sensual smile, and his forthright manner, but he survived the battle that killed her beloved brother. Samuel suspects that the person responsible for her brother's death is Jasper Renshaw, Viscount Vale, a family friend since childhood--and Emeline's fiancé. Despite Emeline's belief in Vale's innocence and her refusal to break off her betrothal, she and Samuel begin a passionate affair. But can their relationship survive the fallout from Samuel's investigation?

Free Book - Flirting with the Forbidden (K/N/E)

Flirting with the Forbidden (Main/UK), by Steven James, is free in the Kindle store and from Barnes & Noble and ChristianBook, courtesy of Christian publisher Revell.
Book Description
In our fallen world, temptation is normal. We run into it every day and we all are susceptible to falling victim to its enticements. We're tempted to cheat on our taxes, milk the clock, lust after someone other than our spouse, dishonor our parents, lie to our friends, covet our neighbor's trip to Europe. But just because we must live with temptation doesn't mean we have to let it master us.

In Flirting with the Forbidden, bestselling author Steven James reminds readers that we are always just one step away from bowing to temptation, that we all share the same potential and propensity for evil. Combining powerful first-person narratives from Scripture with thought-provoking reflections on temptation, discipleship, and grace, James helps readers grow in discernment and reliance on the Holy Spirit and develop a deeper, more intimate walk with Christ.
