As we are approaching the July 4th holiday, I've been trolling thru the cookbooks at Amazon and a couple of my finds are below. I also ran across
Smoke and Pickles: Recipes and Stories from a New Southern Kitchen (
$9.18 Kindle), by Edward Lee [Artisan], which is on Amazon's
Best Books of the Year So Far list for 2013. It may be a bit over my usual $5 limit, but it's a brand new release and looks pretty interesting (and his restaurant is "just up the road" from here).
