$2.99), by Susan Vaught [Bloomsbury USA Childrens]. It looks like a must-read both for younger teens (before they get caught up in the same problem) and for those who don't understand why this particular law needs to be changed, all wrapped up in a novel package. The one negative review thinks that a teen conviction of sexting won't follow you into adulthood, but that is sadly mistaken; many (most?) states brand juveniles as sex offenders and require registration for life and it isn't unusual for teens to be tried as adults these days (even some pre-teens and I've read of one state trying it for a child as young as 9, although for a more violent offense).
